What are the qualifications for membership?
The applicant must be a person of 21 years of age or older who emigrated from Scotland or who is a descendent of Scottish ancestry.
How does one become a member?
Preferably by printing and completing the Application and mailing it to the Society’s Post Office Box with a check of $95 made payable to the St. Andrew’s Society of Baltimore for the first year’s dues ($50) and Initiation Fee ($45). Alternatively, one may submit an online application and you will be contacted by the Membership Secretary. Two sponsors will then contact you to go over your information and explain further the process.
What primary categories of membership are there?
Regular Members are under 70 years of age and pay dues of $50 per year.
Senior Members are 70 years of age and older and pay dues of $35 per year.
How long will the application process take?
Approximately three months.
